Jackie opened the meeting.
Jackie went over the To Do List for the Golf Tournament. Jackie is acting as Chairman for the Donations. Jackie went through the list of donators from previous years and asked if anyone had contact with these donators to please give then a call.
March 25th we will prepare the raffle item bags for the tournament. We will do this at 6pm at the Remax office. Cindy Roberts will provide light refreshments.
It was determined that it is not necessary to provide the golfers with goody bags. It was also decided that it is not necessary to provide a picture in the Thank you notes for the Golf Tournament.
A sign-up sheet was passed around the group for moms to sign up and work during the tournament.
Wanda McCarthy has volunteered to organize the check-in at the tournament.
Jackie and Carla spoke on the district meeting that was held in Jourdanton. They both had a very good time and gathered information on how other areas do the Aggie Mom thing.
Parent’s weekend is April 11 – 13.
Aggie Mom Camp will be November 14 – 16, 2008 at the Hilton.
Lora Carlisle spoke on the nominations for officers for next year. She is having difficulty in recruiting someone for Presidency, 1st Vice President (VP of Programs), 3rd Vice President (Special Programs & Website), and Historian. If you are interested in one of these positions please contact Lora Carlisle.
